KSD301 Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types
Manual Reset Type: Uses bimetallic strip temperature sensing. When temperature reaches action range, the disc jumps to disconnect. Requires manual reset button press (4-6N force) after temperature drops 20°C to reconnect circuit. Minimum 20.4mm clearance required between reset button and cover.
Auto Reset Type: Uses similar bimetallic strip mechanism but automatically resets when temperature drops to specified point without manual intervention.
