Thermal Protector Temperature Controlled Switch
The H20/H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings composed of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive bracket, insulation fixation stand, fixed contact strip, and heat resistance cable. During abnormal operation, when environmental temperature reaches the set value, the bimetallic parts perform quick action to open the contact point and disconnect the circuit. When cooled to safe operating temperature, the contact point automatically closes to restore normal operation.

H20/H21 Series Temperature Protector Applications
The H20/H21 series is suitable for rechargeable batteries, ballasts, massagers, micro motors, transformers, electric tools, heating appliances, and instruments.
Operation Types
Manual Reset Type: Temperature sensing components consist of bimetallic strip. When temperature reaches the action range, it quickly disconnects. The contact point cannot reset until manually pushing the reset button when temperature declines by 20°C (4-6N force recommended). Ensure ≥20.4mm clearance between reset button and cover.
Automatic Reset Type: Automatically resets and resumes operation when temperature declines to safe level.
Product holds UL, CQC, TUV and RoHS certifications.
