KSD301 Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types

Manual Reset Type: Features a bimetallic strip temperature sensor. When temperature reaches the activation point, the mechanism snaps open to break the circuit. The contacts remain open until manually reset by pressing the reset button, even after temperature decreases.

Note: 1. Manual reset requires temperature to decrease by 20°C before resetting (4-6N force recommended). 2. Minimum 20.4mm clearance required between reset button and cover for proper operation.

Auto Reset Type: Similar bimetallic strip mechanism automatically resets contacts when temperature decreases to the reset point, without manual intervention.
