BW & BH series thermal protectors provide reliable protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. H20 and H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings and are composed of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive brackets, insulation fixation stands, fixed contact strips, and heat resistance cables.

During abnormal operation, when environmental temperature increases to the set value, the bimetallic components perform quick action, opening the contact points and disconnecting the circuit. When the device cools to safe operating temperature, the contact points automatically close and normal operation resumes.
