9700K Temperature Controller ST-22 Bimetallic Thermostat H20 H21 Thermostat
The 9700K series provides reliable protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. These thermostats feature firm sealing, small internal resistance, no noise, and automatic reset functionality. When current flows through the temperature and current-sensitive bimetal, its status changes in response to over-temperature or over-current conditions, either cutting off or switching on the circuit. The BH series offers enhanced safety compared to standard protectors, with no temperature effect lag during sudden high-current conditions.

9700 Thermostat Application and Instruction
These thermostats serve as effective and reliable security protectors and alarm devices, widely used in various types of 1.5 horsepower motors, inverters, welding machines, switch power supplies, fluorescent lamp ballasts, electric appliances, and other electrical equipment to prevent damage from over-current and over-heating caused by abnormal operating conditions. Enforced types that can withstand pressure of 3.5MPa are suitable for built-in installation in plastic coated motors.

H20, H21 Series Thermostat Principle and Structure
The H20 and H21 series universal and enhanced protectors feature large metal casings and are composed of thermal conductive metal casing, bimetallic parts welded with silver alloy contact points, conductive brackets, insulation fixation stands, fixed contact strips, and heat resistance cables. During abnormal operation, when the environment temperature increases to the set value, the bimetallic parts perform quick action, opening the contact points and disconnecting the circuit. When the device cools to safe operating temperature, the contact points automatically close and normal operation resumes.
